How much will you pay me for my
property?
Our team is experienced in determining the value for your property. They are familiar with the comps in your neighborhood and will make a fair offer for your property.  Generally, our team buys houses at a discount to move properties quickly.  The prices fluctuate depending on the condition of the property and its local market conditions. 
Do I pay a Real Estate or sales commission?

No, we are not realtors and Glide Path Investors does not collect real estate commissions.
Is your team Flippers?

Our team will apply different strategies to move your property quickly.  Normally, our team will not occupy your home unless it is an unusual circumstance. However, if the right opportunity arises we will consider flipping your property.
How long will it take to close?

Closing dates will be determined by the agreement reached between you and our team.  We are capable of closing in less than 7 days!
What if I don't like the price you offer?

You are under no obligation to accept our offer.
What if my home needs extensive repairs?

Primarily, we acquire properties "as is" for all cash.  We are experienced when it comes to home remodeling and repair. We purchase homes in need of repair, remodel them to correct the problems and put them back on the market - giving you the freedom to sell your property fast without repair headaches.
So how does it work?

You fill out the form on our home page. You will be contacted by one of our team members. They will ask you questions about your property - the size, number of bedrooms and condition etc. Based on the information gathered from the phone conversation. We will request a site visit to determine the current market conditions and repair estimates. If both parties are agreeable we will make you and offer to purchase your property. If the offer is acceptable to you, we will purchase your property and handle everything from there.  We will pay all of the normal title and closing costs.  It is very fast and easy.  We usually close in 7 to 20 days.
